Would you like unlimited web maintenance update time from us a month?

We understand running a business is extremely time consuming and there aren’t always enough hours in the day.
Let us lighten the load by increasing the website maintenance time included for an additional monthly fee at a reduced rate.

Web maintenance updates are any minor changes to your website that don’t require extra development work.
For example, web maintenance updates included are:

• amending text
• adding / changes images
• changing & designing page banners
• adding in a new page / removing pages
• web links
• adding pdfs
• changing metadata (page titles, descriptions & keywords) for SEO improvements
• designing new web graphics

Basically, we will only charge additional fees for any web developments which require adding additional functionality to the website or site redesign work.

Monthly Bolt-ons – additional monthly fee dependant on package – ask for full pricing details & terms.

Website Analytics Bespoke Reporting - we track and report on your website performance

Would you like to receive specific website statistic reports from us detailing how your customers are using your website and our recommendations on improvement and changes to capitalise on your customer base – with your requirements  ask for full details of monthly prices.

Our Payment Terms:

On hire we ask the set-up fee is paid up-front. The monthly payments will take effect when your website goes live. The first monthly payment will be due on the live date of your new website, then the monthly payments continue on a rolling basis. For our monthly packages we ask that the monthly fee is paid on a recurring basis through pay pal subscriptions or Direct Debit.

If preferred, you can also arrange to pay for your website on a yearly basis.

Terms & Conditions:

The initial minimum term when first signing-up is 12 months.

The website is provided to you on a pay monthly rental basis. Therefore EMWONLINE retains copyright and ownership rights of the web design, and website code created for your project.

If you exceed your allocation of site update hours included a month with your package – Pay as you go: 

Before this occurs we will advise you. For each hour needed for us to make website changes for you over your included allocated update time  this will be charged on a pay as you go basis at at our current website modification and website change rates of £25 per hour

*Or if you would prefer to not worry about how many updates to the website you need to ask us to make, then you can upgrade your package to include unlimited web maintenance changes from us for an additional monthly fee bolt-on. (This includes maintenance changes of text, image and pages of your website. Note: site redesigns are not included and will be quoted as a fixed fee piece of work. Contact us for full terms.)
